• Up to two rounds of revisions

Final files will be delivered in a downloadable folder ready for both digital and standard brand use.

Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for this service is 5–7 business days beginning once your design questionnaire has been completed and all necessary information has been received.

Please note:

• Turnaround time applies to the initial concept delivery only

• Revision periods may extend the final delivery timeline depending on response times

Revisions

This package includes two revision rounds to refine your selected logo concept.

Revisions may include adjustments such as:

• Font refinements

• Letter spacing adjustments

• Minor stylistic changes

Revisions do not include full redesigns or new logo concepts beyond the initial designs presented.

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

After Purchasing

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a downloadable Design Questionnaire.

This questionnaire helps gather important details about your brand including:

• Brand name

• Desired aesthetic

• Font preferences (if any)

• Target audience

• Brand tone and direction

Your project will not begin until the questionnaire has been completed & emailed back to us.

Providing clear and detailed responses helps ensure your design reflects your brand accurately.

Communication & Project Expectations

To maintain an organized workflow and ensure each project receives the attention it deserves, clients are kindly asked to allow the full turnaround timeframe for the design process.

Updates will be provided when your logo concepts are ready for review or when feedback is required.

Please refrain from sending follow-up emails regarding project progress unless it is absolutely necessary, as frequent inquiries may delay the creative process.
