Your Custom Wix Website Design & Setup package includes:

• Up to 5 custom-designed website pages (Home, About, Services, Contact + 1 optional page)

• Fully branded design with your logo, colors, and fonts

• Mobile-friendly and responsive layouts

• Back-office setup, including:

• Contact forms

• Scheduling integrations (Acuity, Calendly, etc.)

• Any necessary apps/plugins for functionality

• Up to two rounds of revisions

• Final website delivered fully functional and ready for launch

Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for this service is 14–21 business days, beginning once all required information has been submitted.

Please note:

• Turnaround applies to initial website design and setup delivery

• Revision periods may extend the final timeline depending on response times

• Delays in receiving content, brand assets, or feedback may affect project completion

Revisions

This package includes two rounds of revisions to refine your website.

Revisions may include:

• Text adjustments

• Layout refinements

• Color or font adjustments

• Minor content placement changes

Revisions do not include full redesigns or additional pages beyond the package scope. Additional revisions or pages may require an additional fee.

After Purchasing

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a Website Design Questionnaire to gather the information needed to begin your project.

This may include:

• Business information and brand details

• Website page content (text for each page)

• Images, media, and logos

• Service descriptions and pricing (if applicable)

• Back-office details (forms, scheduling links, email setup)

Your project will not begin until all required information has been submitted. Providing detailed responses ensures your website is created efficiently and accurately aligned with your brand.

Communication & Project Expectations

To maintain an efficient and organized design process, clients are kindly asked to allow the full turnaround timeframe for project completion.

Updates will be provided when:

• Your website design is ready for review

• Your feedback is required for revisions

Please refrain from sending follow-up emails regarding project progress unless absolutely necessary, as frequent inquiries may delay the creative process.

Important Notes

• This service includes website design and back-office setup only. Wix premium plan and domain must be purchased separately by the client.

• All website content (text, images, service details) must be provided by the client.

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of design work.

• Failure to respond to revision requests within 5 business days may result in project closure.

• Additional pages, revisions, or requests outside the package scope may require an additional fee.
