• Up to two rounds of revisions

• Final files delivered in high-resolution PNG or PDF format, ready for printing or digital sharing

Optional: design formatted specifically for printing on standard card sizes (additional fee may apply).


Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for this service is 3–5 business days beginning once all required information has been submitted.

Please note:

• Turnaround applies to initial design delivery

• Revision periods may extend the timeline depending on client response times

Revisions

This package includes two rounds of revisions to refine your design.

Revisions may include:

• Text updates

• Color adjustments

• Minor layout refinements

• Spacing or alignment adjustments

Revisions do not include full redesigns or additional concepts. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

After Purchasing

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a Design Questionnaire to gather all the details needed for your card, including:

• Brand logo and colors

• Personalized thank you message

• Recipient type or intended audience

• Design style inspiration (optional)

• Any additional text or imagery

Your project will not begin until all required information has been submitted. Providing detailed responses ensures your design is intentional and aligned with your vision.


Communication & Project Expectations

To maintain an efficient workflow, clients are kindly asked to allow the full turnaround timeframe for completion.

Updates will be provided when:

• Your initial design is ready for review

• Your feedback is required for revisions

Please refrain from sending follow-up emails regarding progress unless absolutely necessary, as frequent inquiries may delay the creative process.

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of design work

• Failure to respond to revision requests within 5 business days may result in project closure
