Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for this service is 3-5 business days beginning once the design questionnaire has been completed and all required information has been received.

Please note:

• Turnaround time applies to initial concept delivery

• Revision periods may extend the final timeline depending on response times

Projects requiring additional revisions may require extended timelines.

Revisions

This service includes two rounds of revisions to refine your vision.

Revisions may include:

• Color adjustments

• Font adjustments

• Layout adjustments

Revisions do not include full redesigns beyond the original design direction.

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

After Purchasing

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a Brand Discovery Questionnaire.

This questionnaire gathers important information about your brand including:

• Business name and industry

• Target audience

• Brand personality and tone

• Visual inspiration or references

• Color preferences (if applicable)

Your project will not begin until the questionnaire has been completed.

Providing detailed responses allows the design process to be intentional and aligned with your vision.

Communication & Project Expectations

To ensure each brand project receives the proper creative focus, clients are kindly asked to allow the full turnaround timeframe for completion.

Updates will be provided when:

• Your brand concepts are ready for review

• Your feedback is required for revisions

Please refrain from sending follow-up emails regarding project progress unless absolutely necessary, as frequent inquiries may delay the creative process.

Important Notes

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of design services

• Projects remain inactive until all required information has been submitted

• Failure to respond to revision requests within 5 business days may result in project closure

• Additional requests outside of the service scope may require an additional fees
