Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for this service is 7-10 business days beginning once all required information has been submitted.

Please note:

• Turnaround time applies to the initial setup and design delivery

• Revision requests may extend the final completion timeline depending on response times

Revisions

This package includes two rounds of revisions to refine your booking page.

Revisions may include:

• Minor design adjustments

• Policy or information updates

Revisions do not include complete restructuring of the site or additional pages beyond the original scope.

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

After Purchasing

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a design questionnaire requesting the information needed to complete your Acuity setup.

Your project will not begin until all required details have been submitted.

Communication & Project Expectations

Please refrain from sending follow-up emails regarding project progress unless it is absolutely necessary, as frequent inquiries may delay the design process.

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of design work

• Failure to respond to revision requests within 5 business days may result in project closure
